You might have noticed we haven’t posted a whole lot on the blog recently.  To be honest, we have been very swamped with wedding season coming to an end and all the seniors and babies we been photographing each week has really been adding to the work load.  We even hired part time help to allow us to catch up.  So, to simplify things and keep you updated we are going to start putting all posts on our Facebook Page.  Make sure you add Giraffe Photography to your friends list and become a Fan of our page!

We at Giraffe Photography are taking some time off.  It’s our seventh anniversary.  Just in case your counting we were married when we were 19 years old.  We are going to Door County in Wisconsin.  The area is known for its beautiful fall foliage, so we will have cameras in tote.  Among the types of photos we do, we love taking pictures of landscapes and nature.  We’ll post some of those photos on the Blog when we return.

Wedding Services were held for Eric and Lisa Paxton at Parkview Lutheran in Parkview, Iowa.  The reception was held Eldridge Community Center.  We went to the city park for some of the photos.  We found a great looking old barn which made an ideal setting for the perfect picture.
